What we do

Four ways to get better

On-Ice Skills

Skating, puck handling, and game-situation reps — small groups or one-on-one. Every session has a plan built around what you need next.

Off-Ice Shooting

Shot mechanics, release speed, and volume reps. The work nobody sees that shows up on the scoresheet.

Video Review

We break down your shifts together — what worked, what to fix, and what to try next game.

Mentoring

What it actually takes at the next level, from someone a few steps ahead on the same path.

Your coach

Learn from a player still chasing the dream

Your coach on the ice

Your coach is a AAA hockey player currently competing at one of the highest levels of youth hockey in the country — including selection to a USA Hockey national development camp.

That matters for one reason: he's close enough to remember exactly how every skill is learned, and good enough to show you instead of just telling you. Players work harder for someone they want to be.

He's been training players for over a year — kids chasing their first travel team, and adults getting back into the game. These sessions aren't a replacement for team coaching — they're extra reps between practices, from someone walking the same path a few steps ahead.

Parents are part of it. You're welcome to stay and watch every session, and your coach will check in with you during lessons — you see the games, and your feedback keeps training pointed at the right things. When the drill starts, though, the focus is all on the player.

Gear need attention?
